ORDERING Terms & Conditions – Beam Stamp

Before Ordering

• We recommend ordering samples of your favourite colours to make sure your happy with your selections.
• Double check your order before processing. Any mistakes made while ordering are the customers responsibility.
• We are unable to amend customised details once made.
• When ordering please unsure that the item will arrive in time for your required date. Please allow 4 weeks for processing and 3-5 days for shipping.
• Read all the details in the listing along with supporting images in the listing photos when making your choices.

Colours

• We provide many examples of our colours across our website, mostly in the product images. You can also find more examples via the ‘look book’ section of our website. You will find this in the ‘shop’ section on the top bar of our web page.
• We strongly recommend ordering samples prior to ordering to insure you are happy with colour choices.
• Colours may appear slightly different in person then on colour swatches / photo examples.
• Beam Stamp Co do not take responsibility for any colour choices you are dissatisfied with on delivery.
• Please insure you have selected the correct colours when ordering. We will re confirm colours with you in the proofing stage. Once proofed and confirmed this is a written confirmation between Beam Stamp Co and customer that you are happy with the order to proceed with the colours confirmed.

Designs

• Please make your design / font choices from the examples provided when ordering in the listing photos.
• We will send designs for proofing on any item where there is customisation ( except ring boxes ).
• You have 3 complimentary rounds of design updates. Any thing there after may require a design fee.
• If you require something with a bespoke design this will require a design fee please contact us via email to discuss info@beamstamp.co.uk

Once Ordered

– Proofing

• Once ordered your colour selections will be ordered from our supplier. You have 48hours to make any changes to colours from the date ordered.
• We will send designs for all customised items. This is usually 1-2 weeks before dispatch.
• Once ordered we will email you a proof design with the specifications chosen when ordering, you will then have 3 rounds of complementary updates. Once proofed we are unable to make changes.
• We will need to receive prompt updates on amendments in order to ship within the 4 week turn around.
• Delays in communication will inevitably effect turn arounds.
• Any spelling mistakes or incorrect details provided are the customers responsibility.
• Please unsure you are 100% happy with your order before confirming.

International Orders (Outside the UK)

• Custom Charges and Import Taxes are the customers responsibility to pay.
• We would recommend checking charges your country may charge before placing an order.
• Beam Stamp Co do not hold responsibility for any charges received on your order.
• We are unable to refund any orders due to refusal of payment on charges.

Damages / Missing Items

• Please report any damages / missing items within 48hours of receiving your order.
• We are unable to support any issues with the parcel after this time due to courier insurance.
